"Catering for the 21st Century"!  We use Locally Grown and Organic products from many of Georgia's top Organic and Sustainable Farms.  Parsley's Catering and The Gardens at Kennesaw Mountain are striving to become the premier eco-friendly caterer and event facility in Atlanta.  We completed installation of our solar paneling by Soenso Energy of Marietta, Georgia in July of 2008 and it has so far diverted nearly 3,000 pounds of CO2 from being consumed.  That is the equivalent of taking 3-4 cars off the road each year.  The system produces 145kWH of clean and renewable energy each month. 

We participated in the 2008 National Solar tour with Georgia Solar Energy Association on October 4th.

The Gardens at Kennesaw Mountain operates low flow sinks and other water saving devices in an effort to reduce water comsumption.  Our renovated Kitchen will feature energy efficient appliances and lighting.  The Gardens has also started a recycling program with the help of Remix Recycling

Our most recent venture is with Closed Loop Organics.  The company provides a service to take all "organic" materials for composting.  This along with recycling virtually eliminates all waste that goes to landfills ensuring a limited impact on our environment and resources.

We have a full line of plates, utensils, cups and sandwich boxes that are bio-degradeable and compostable.
